Main Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the evaluation, implementation and ongoing support of United’s cryptographic platforms (hardware, operating systems, software and system tools), DNS systems and connected aircraft systems
- Provide direct technical support in problem management, system integration and programming. Implement releases, updates and/or environment changes.
- Ensure platform performance and availability meet design standards and goals through monitoring, early service restoration, and adjustments. Tasks may include capacity planning, workload modeling, system maintenance/administration, and diagnostics.
- Perform root cause analysis to quickly recover from outages and prevent recurring issues for CipherTrust. Electronic authorization, Venafi PKI and InfoBlox management
- Implement platform changes with minimal business impact by following company standards and procedures.
- Design and document company standards and procedures. Provide 7x24x365 and on-call support as needed

What is needed to succeed (minimum qualifications):
- BS/BA, preferably in business or information technology or equivalent experience, education or training
- 4+ years of relevant experience
- More than 3 years of experience with data encryption technologies, DNS management and PKI systems
- Experience with cryptographic tokenization
- The ideal candidate has knowledge of multiple systems (operations / integration / architecture) and programming languages / methodologies
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any non-sponsored employer
What will help you stand out from the pack (preferred qualifications):
- More than 5 years of experience in data encryption technologies, DNS management and PKI systems
- Knowledge of Infoblox DNS
- Venafi PKI Management
