The salary for this position is $79,680.00 – $148,250.00 depending on non-discriminatory job related factors such as experience, education and skills. This range is based on a full-time schedule. The Customer Service Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of strategic and operational initiatives within the Customer Service department at the Center locations. The manager is responsible for leading, aligning and developing assistant managers, front line supervisors and front line employees. Responsible for the implementation of the station’s operational and financial plans and their possible adjustments during the year to achieve the station’s business and local objectives. They must have the operational experience and decision-making, financial, technological, logistical and management entities to support and set strategic goals and direction. Manager must have experience in goal oriented leadership, analytical thinking, financial control, budgeting, customer service and policies/procedures. They must have a deep knowledge of the work rules of the department and a positive attitude towards unions. They will work with other departments including; Operations Control Center, flight operations, deck, maintenance, as well as government agencies, business partners and suppliers.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a team of frontline supervisors and assistant center managers, as well as the ability to engage with the frontline
- Chief Customer Service Representative and Number of Customer Service Employees
- Create and improve the quality and retention of Assistant Hub Managers, First Line Supervisors and Senior Customer Service Representatives
- Develop business / employee relations to create a positive employee culture
- Management of all customer service functions: cash desks, gates, baggage service, customer service, train station training; Operational planning and safe execution of all operations on the wing surface
- Strategic planning for the long-term development of department operations. Improve operational performance, financial control and security
- Collaborate with department heads and partners as well as Corporate Support Center resources
- Cooperation with business partners and suppliers; Active role and support in divisional / corporate projects; Active participation of the local airport community
- Manage and implement the general administration of the department (responding to internal and external inquiries, conducting investigations and hearings, the reasonable accommodation process, assisting and being accountable to the management team)
